Vuelta a Murcia 2019 var den 39. udgave af cykelløbet Vuelta a Murcia. Løbet var en del af UCI Europe Tour-kalenderen og blev arrangeret i perioden 15. til 16. februar 2019. Det blev vundet af spanske Luis León Sánchez fra Astana Pro Team for andet år i træk foran Alejandro Valverde. Danske Jakob Fuglsang vandt bjergtrøjen.
