Vuelta a España 2023 var den 78. udgave af Vuelta a España. Den 3.156,5 km lange spanske Grand Tour startede den 26. august 2023 i Barcelona, og blev afsluttet 17. september i Madrid.
For andet år i træk begyndte løbet med et holdløb. Ti af etaperne havde afslutning på en bjergstigning, heriblandt de berygtede Col du Tourmalet og Alto de l'Angliru.[1]
Amerikanske Sepp Kuss fra Team Jumbo-Visma blev den samlede vinder af løbet foran holdkammeraterne Jonas Vingegaard og Primož Roglič.
