Vuelta a España 2016 var den 71. udgave af Vuelta a España. Det blev arrangeret i perioden 20. august til 11. september 2016. Løbet startede med en 29,4 km lang holdtidskørsel. Nairo Quintana fra Movistar Team blev den samlede vinder af løbet.
