Vuelta a Burgos 2023 var den 45. udgave af det spanske etapeløb Vuelta a Burgos. Cykelløbets fem etaper blev kørt fra 15. august med start i Burgos til 19. august 2023 hvor der var mål på Lagunas de Neila. Løbet var en del af UCI ProSeries 2023.[1]
Samlet vinder blev slovenske Primož Roglič fra Team Jumbo-Visma.
