Vuelta a Andalucía 2022 (omtalt Ruta del Sol) var den 68. udgave af det spanske etapeløb Vuelta a Andalucía. Cykelløbets fem etaper blev kørt fra 16. februar med start i Ubrique til 20. februar 2022 hvor det sluttede i Chiclana de Segura. Løbet var en del af UCI ProSeries 2022. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev hollandske Wout Poels fra Bahrain Victorious.
