Volta ao Algarve 2021 var den 47. udgave af det portugisiske etapeløb Volta ao Algarve. Cykelløbets fem etaper skulle oprindelig køres fra 17. til 21. februar 2021 i Algarve, men blev pga. coronaviruspandemien udskudt til 5. til 9. maj. Løbet var en samlet distance på 764,71 km, og er en del UCI ProSeries 2021.
