Volta ao Algarve 2020 var den 46. udgave af det portugisiske landevejscykelløb i Algarve. Løbet foregik i perioden 19. til 23. februar 2020. Løbet var en del af UCI ProSeries 2020 og var i kategorien 2.Pro. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev belgiske Remco Evenepoel fra Deceuninck-Quick Step.
