Volta ao Algarve 2019 var den 45. udgave af det portugisiske landevejscykelløb i Algarve. Løbet foregik i perioden 20. til 24. februar 2019. Løbet var en del af UCI Europe Tour 2019 og var i kategorien 2.HC. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev slovenske Tadej Pogačar fra UAE Team Emirates, foran danske Søren Kragh Andersen på andenpladsen.
