Volta ao Algarve 2018 var den 44. udgave af det portugisiske landevejscykelløb i Algarve. Løbet foregik i perioden 14. til 18. februar 2018. Løbet var en del af UCI Europe Tour 2018 og var i kategorien 2.HC. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev polske Michał Kwiatkowski fra Team Sky for anden gang i karrieren.
