Den jamaicanske atlet George Kerr vandt to bronzemedaljer for den Vestindiske Føderation ved sommer-OL 1960 i henholdsvis 800 m løb og som en del af stafetholdet i 4 × 400 m løb.
Den Vestindiske Føderation ved sommer-OL 1960 var en samling af idrætsudøvere fra de tre caribiske nationer Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad og Tobago. Holdet bestod af 15 idrætsudøvere, der deltog i fem sportsgrene ved disse lege. Holdet vandt to bronzemedaljer og blev nummer 39 på den uofficielle medaljestatistik.
Det var den eneste gang, denne gruppe lande stillede op samlet under de olympiske lege.

GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people. The original symbolism, however, was "Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth", where BLACK represented the hardships being faced.
