Herrernes linjeløb ved VM i landevejscykling 2022 var den 89. udgave af mesterskabet. Det 266,9 km lange linjeløb med 3945 højdemeter blev afholdt søndag den 25. september 2022 med start i Helensburgh og mål nær marinekysten i Wollongong.[1]
