Damernes linjeløb ved VM i landevejscykling 2022 er den 62. udgave af mesterskabet. Det 164,3 km lange linjeløb med 2433 højdemeter bliver kørt lørdag den 24. september 2022 med start i Helensburgh og mål nær marinekysten i Wollongong.[1]
