Damernes enkeltstart ved VM i landevejscykling 2020 blev afholdt torsdag den 24. september i Imola, Italien. Ruten var 31,7 km lang.
Løbet blev vundet af hollandske Anna van der Breggen, 15 sekunder foran sølvvinder Marlen Reusser fra Schweiz og 31 sekunder foran bronzevinder Ellen van Dijk fra Holland. Favoritten og sidste års vinder Chloé Dygert Owen fra USA styrtede grimt og måtte udgå af løbet.[1]
