Herrernes linjeløb ved VM i landevejscykling 2019 blev afholdt den 29. september 2019 i Harrogate, Storbritannien. Løbet var oprindelig sat til at være 285 kilometer, men blev på grund af oversvømmelser af vejbanen forkortet til 261,8 kilometer inden løbet. Løbet blev vundet af danske Mads Pedersen.
