U23 herrernes linjeløb ved VM i landevejscykling 2019 blev afholdt fredag den 27. september 2019.
Nils Eekhoff var førstemand over målstregen, men blev senere diskvalificeret, og Samuele Battistella blev udråbt til verdensmester.
