VM i atletik 2015
Den femtende udgave af IAAF verdensmesterkaberne blev afholdt fra 22. til 30. august 2015 i Beijing, Kina.[1][2] 43 nationer vandt 144 medaljer. Kenya toppede melaljetabellen for første gang med 7 guld, 6 sølv og 3 bronzemedaljer. USA vandt 18 medaljer, seks guld, seks sølv og seks bronze, hvilket var det højeste antal.

Flag of Jamaica. “The sunshine, the land is green, and the people are strong and bold” is the symbolism of the colours of the flag. GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people. The original symbolism, however, was "Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth", where BLACK represented the hardships being faced.
