University of Bristol er et offentlig forskningsuniveristet i Bristol, England. Det modtog royal charter i 1909,[4] men det kan spores tilbage til en Merchant Venturers-skole grundlagt i 1595 og University College, der havde eksisteret siden 1876.[5] Bristol Medical School, grundlagt i 1833, blev slået sammen med University College i 1893, og det blev senere universitetets institut for medicin.[6]

The Wills Memorial Building, a part of the University of Bristol, at the top of Park Street, Bristol, England. The building was started in 1915, interrupted by World War I, and finished in 1925. Height 215 feet (65 metres). The tower was cleaned in 2006-7.
