Ungarns håndboldlandshold er det nationale håndboldlandshold i Ungarn, og kontrolleres af landets håndboldforbund, Magyar Kézilabda Szövetség. Holdets hidtil største præstation kom ved VM i 1986 i Schweiz, hvor man erobrede sølvmedaljer. Det er desuden blevet til fire 4. pladser i OL-sammenhæng.
