Ungarn Rundt 2023 (officielt: Tour de Hongrie) er den 44. udgave af det ungarske etapeløb Ungarn Rundt. Cykelløbets fem etaper har en samlet distance på 879 km, og bliver kørt fra 10. maj med start i Szentgotthárd til 14. maj 2023 hvor der er mål i Budapest. Løbet er en del af UCI ProSeries 2023.
