Ungarn Rundt 2020 var den 41. udgave af det ungarske landevejscykelløb. Løbet foregik i perioden 29. august til 2. september 2020. Løbet var en del af UCI Europe Tour 2020 og var i kategorien 2.1. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev ungarske Attila Valter fra CCC Team.
