US Open-mesterskabet i herresingle 2015 var den 135. turnering om US Open-mesterskabet i herresingle. Turneringen var en del af US Open 2015 og blev spillet i USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center i Flushing, Queens, New York City, USA i perioden 31. august – 13. september 2015.
Mesterskabet blev vundet af Novak Djokovic, som i finalen besejrede Roger Federer med 6-4, 5-7, 6-4, 6-4, og som dermed sikrede sig sin anden US Open-titel i herresingle og sin 10. grand slam-titel i alt i karrieren.[2][3]
Tidligere på sæsonen havde Novak Djokovic også vundet Australian Open og Wimbledon-mesterskabet, samt tabt i finalen i French Open. Med tre sejre og en finaleplads fuldførte serberen den bedste grand slam-sæson i herresingle, siden Rod Laver vandt alle fire grand slam-turneringer i 1969, og tangerede dermed Roger Federers grand slam-statistik for sæsonerne 2006 og 2007.
41 af turneringens 127 kampe blev dømt af kvindelige hoveddommere, men for første gang i mesterskabets historie var der en kvinde i dommerstolen i finalen i herresingle, som blev dømt af britiske Eva Asderaki-Moore.[4]

The blue is said to stand for liberty, red for the fire and blood of the independence struggle and the white cross symbolized that God has not forgotten his people. "Republica Dominicana". The Dominican flag was designed by Juan Pablo Duarte, father of the national Independence of Dominican Republic. The first dominican flag was sewn by a young lady named Concepción Bona, who lived across the street of El Baluarte, monument where the patriots gathered to fight for the independence, the night of February 27th, 1844. Concepción Bona was helped by her first cousin María de Jesús Pina.
