UEFA Champions League finalen 1994 var den anden finale i UEFA Champions League efter at turneringens officielle navn i 1992 blev ændret fra Mesterholdenes Europa Cup. Kampen fandt sted på det Olympiske Stadion i Athen. Den italienske klub AC Milan var i finalen for andet år i træk. Milan vandt 4-0 over FC Barcelona. Det er den største sejr nogensinde i en Champions League finale.
