UEFA Champions League 2005-06 var den 51. udgave af det europæiske klubmesterskab i fodbold og den 14. udgave siden relanceringen af turneringen til UEFA Champions League i 1992. Brøndby IF stillede op for Danmark, men blev slået ud i 2. runde af Ajax Amsterdam. Nummer et og to i de indledende puljer gik videre til ottendedelsfinalerne. Nummer tre i hver pulje gik direkte videre til tredje runde af UEFA-cuppen.
Turneringen blev vundet af FC Barcelona, efter en finalesejr over Arsenal.
