UEFA Champions League 1999-00 var den 45. udgave af det europæiske klubmesterskab i fodbold.
Champions League 1999-2000 blev vundet af Real Madrid CF, som slog Valencia CF 3-0 i finalen, der blev spillet den 24. maj 2000 på Stade de France i Paris. Det var den første finale i turneringens historie med deltagelse af to hold fra samme nation.
