UAE Tour 2023 var den 5. udgave af det emiratarabiske etapeløb UAE Tour. Cykelløbets syv etaper blev kørt fra 20. til 26. februar 2023 med start ved Al Dhafra Castle og mål på Jebel Hafeet. Løbet var tredje arrangement på UCI World Tour 2023.
Belgiske Remco Evenepoel fra Soudal Quick-Step vandt løbet foran australske Luke Plapp (Ineos Grenadiers) og britiske Adam Yates (UAE Team Emirates).
