UAE Tour 2022 var den 4. udgave af det emiratarabiske etapeløb UAE Tour. Cykelløbets syv etaper blev kørt fra 20. til 26. februar 2022 med start i Madinat Zayed og mål på Jebel Hafeet. Løbet var første arrangement på UCI World Tour 2022, efter at Tour Down Under og Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race i januar blev aflyst på grund af coronaviruspandemien.
Slovenske Tadej Pogačar fra UAE Team Emirates vandt løbet for andet år i træk foran britiske Adam Yates fra Ineos Grenadiers.
