UAE Tour 2020 var den 2. udgave af cykelløbet UAE Tour. Det emiratarabiske etapeløb var det tredje arrangement på UCI's World Tour-kalender i 2020 og blev arrangeret mellem 23. og 27. februar 2020.
Løbet blev afholdt under udbruddet af coronavirus 2019–20 og efter 5. etape blev to holdmedarbejdere fra et af holdene testet positiv for virussen.[1] Som en reaktion testede de lokale myndigheder alle deltagerne og satte dem samtidig i karantæne, deriblandt ryttere, arrangører og holdmedarbejdere, og aflyste de to sidste etaper.[1][2]
Britiske Adam Yates fra Mitchelton-Scott blev kåret som vinder, da han førte løbet samlet efter 5. etape.
