Tour of the Alps 2021 var den 44. udgave af det italienske/østrigske etapeløb Tour of the Alps. Cykelløbets fem etaper blev kørt over 715,8 km fra 19. april med start i Bressanone, til 23. april 2021 hvor det sluttede i Riva del Garda. Løbet var en del af UCI ProSeries 2021. Den oprindelige 44. udgave blev i 2020 aflyst på grund af coronaviruspandemien.[1]
Løbets samlede vinder blev britiske Simon Yates fra Team BikeExchange.
