Tour of Oman 2019 var den 10. udgave af cykelløbet Tour of Oman. Løbet blev afholdt i perioden 16. til 21. februar 2019. Det var del af UCI Asia Tour 2019 og var i kategorien 2.HC. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev kasakhiske Aleksej Lutsenko fra Astana Pro Team for andet år i træk.
