Tour des Fjords 2018 var den 6. udgave af det norske landevejscykelløb. Løbet foregik i perioden 22. til 24. maj 2018. Løbet var en del af UCI Europe Tour 2018 og var i kategorien 2.HC. Det blev efterfulgt af Hammer Stavanger 2018, som blev arrangeret de tre påfølgende dage. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev schweiziske Michael Albasini fra Mitchelton-Scott.
