Tour de l'Avenir 2023 var den 59. udgave af det franske etapeløb Tour de l'Avenir, også kendt som ungdommens Tour de France. Cykelløbets ni etaper blev kørt fra 20. august til 27. august 2023. Løbet var en del af UCI Nations' Cup U23.
