Tour de France i 2003 var hundredeåret for første udgave af Tour de France og løbets 90. udgave.
Danske Jakob Piil vandt 10. etape, hvilket var første danske etapesejr siden 1996, hvor Bjarne Riis vandt løbet samlet og tillige vandt to etaper - og hvor også Rolf Sørensen tog en etapesejr.
