Tour Poitou-Charentes en Nouvelle-Aquitaine 2018 var den 32. udgave af det franske landevejscykelløb i Poitou-Charentes og Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Løbet foregik i perioden 21. til 24. august 2018. Løbet var en del af UCI Europe Tour 2018 og var i kategorien 2.1. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev franske Arnaud Démare fra Groupama-FDJ, der også vandt samtlige etaper.
