Tomatpuré er en tyk væske lavet ved at koge og dræne tomater.[1] Forskellen mellem tomatpasta, tomatpuré, og tomatsauce er konsistensen; tomatpuré har en tykkere konsistens og dybere smag end sauce.[2][3]
