Tirreno-Adriatico 2022 var den 57. udgave af det italienske etapeløb Tirreno-Adriatico. Cykelløbets syv etaper blev kørt fra 7. marts med start i Lido di Camaiore til 13. marts 2022 hvor der er mål i San Benedetto del Tronto. Løbet var femte arrangement på UCI World Tour 2022. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev slovenske Tadej Pogačar fra UAE Team Emirates for andet år i træk. Danske Jonas Vingegaard fra Team Jumbo-Visma kom på andenpladsen.
