Tirreno-Adriatico 2021 var den 56. udgave af det italienske etapeløb Tirreno-Adriatico. Cykelløbets syv etaper blev kørt fra 10. marts med start i Lido di Camaiore til 16. marts 2021 hvor der var mål i San Benedetto del Tronto. Løbet er femte arrangement på UCI World Tour 2021. De første fem etaper blev kørt samtidig med det franske etapeløb Paris-Nice.
Efter at Wout van Aert (Team Jumbo-Visma) på de tre første etaper havde båret løbets førertrøje, blev den på fjerde etape overtaget af Tadej Pogačar fra UAE Team Emirates. Den beholdt han løbet ud og blev samlet vinder. Van Aert kom på løbets andenplads, mens spanske Mikel Landa fra Bahrain Victorious indtog tredjepladsen. Danske Mads Würtz Schmidt vandt løbets 6. etape.[1]
