Tirreno-Adriatico 2019 var den 54. udgave af cykelløbet Tirreno-Adriatico. Det italienske etapeløb var det syvende arrangement på UCI's World Tour-kalender i 2019 og blev arrangeret mellem 13. og 19. marts 2019. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev slovenske Primož Roglič fra Team Jumbo-Visma, ét sekund foran britiske Adam Yates fra Mitchelton-Scott.
