Super Bowl XX var den 20. udgave af Super Bowl, finalen i den amerikanske football-liga NFL. Kampen blev spillet 26. januar 1986 i Louisiana Superdome i New Orleans og stod mellem Chicago Bears og New England Patriots. Bears vandt 46-10 og sikrede sig dermed holdets første Super Bowl-sejr nogensinde.
Kampens MVP (mest værdifulde spiller) blev Bears defensive end Richard Dent.

Chicago quarterback Jim McMahon dives into the end zone for a touchdown, as the Bears demolish the New England Patriots 46-10 in Super Bowl XX. The free-spirited McMahon also ran for another touchdown and passed for 256 yards. In winning by the largest margin in Super Bowl history, the Bears outgained the Patriots 408-123 and finished with an 18-1 record.
