Strade Bianche 2020 var den 14. udgave af cykelløbet Strade Bianche. Det skulle have været det femte arrangement på UCI's World Tour-kalender i 2020 og var planlagt arrangeret 7. marts 2020. 5. marts blev det aflyst pga. faren for smitte af virussen COVID-19.[1] Efterfølgende blev løbet flyttet til 1. august, og blev første World Tour-løb efter Corona-nedlukningen.[2]
Belgiske Wout van Aert fra Team Jumbo-Visma vandt løbet med et forspring på 30 sekunder til italienske Davide Formolo fra UAE Team Emirates.
