Storm Elvin Thorgersen (født 28. februar 1944, død 18. april 2013)[1] var en engelsk grafisk designer og musikvideoinstruktør. Han er bedst kendt for sit tætte samarbejde med gruppen Pink Floyd, som foregik igennem det meste af hans karriere, men han skabte også albumcovers til en række andre grupper som Led Zeppelin, Wishbone Ash, Phish,[2] Black Sabbath, Def Leppard, Al Stewart, Scorpions, UFO, Peter Gabriel, the Alan Parsons Project, Genesis, Yes, Kansas, Dream Theater, Muse, Audioslave, the Mars Volta, The Cranberries, Helloween, Ween, Shpongle og Catherine Wheel.
