Saudi Tour 2023 var den tredje udgave af det saudiarabiske landevejscykelløb. Løbet foregik i perioden 30. januar til 3. februar 2023. Løbet var en del af UCI Asia Tour 2023 og var i kategorien 2.1.
Den samlede vinder af løbet blev portugisiske Ruben Guerreiro fra Movistar Team.
