Romandiet Rundt 2021 var den 74. udgave af det schweiziske etapeløb Romandiet Rundt. Cykelløbets prolog og fem etaper havde en samlet længde på omkring 680 km med godt 12.000 højdemeter, og blev kørt i Romandiet fra 27. april med start i Oron til 2. maj 2021 med mål i Fribourg. Løbet var syttende arrangement på UCI World Tour 2021. Den oprindelige 74. udgave blev i 2020 aflyst på grund af coronaviruspandemien.[1][2]
