Romandiet Rundt 2010 var den 64. udgave af Romandiet Rundt og blev arrangeret fra 27. april til 2. maj i Schweiz.
Udover de 18 ProTour-hold blev Cervélo TestTeam og BMC Racing Team inviteret.
Alejandro Valverde vandt samlet foran Simon Špilak, men blev senere udelukket og frataget alle resultaterne.

Flag of Portugal, created by Columbano Bordalo Pinheiro (1857–1929), officially adopted by Portuguese government in June 30th 1911 (in use since about November 1910).
