Pointe-Noire er en by i den sydvestlige del af Republikken Congo, med et indbyggertal (pr. 2005) på cirka 663.000. Byen er landets næststørste by og er med sin placering ved landets atlanterhavskyst en vigtig havne- og transportby for landet.
