Paris-Roubaix 2021 var den 118. udgave af det franske brostensmonument Paris-Roubaix. Det 257 km lange linjeløb skulle oprindeligt været kørt den 11. april 2021 med start i Compiègne og mål på Vélodrome André-Pétrieux i Roubaix. I starten af april meddelte løbsarrangøren og UCI at løbet på grund af coronaviruspandemien var blevet flyttet til den 3. oktober.[1] Løbet var en del af UCI's World Tour-kalender i 2021. Løbet i 2020 blev aflyst på grund af den globale coronaviruspandemi.[2]
Den italienske europamester Sonny Colbrelli fra Bahrain Victorious vandt løbet.
