Paris-Nice 2024 var den 82. udgave af det franske etapeløb Paris-Nice. Cykelløbets otte etaper blev kørt over 1.150,5 km fra 3. til 10. marts 2024 med start i Les Mureaux og mål i Nice. Løbet var sjette arrangement på UCI World Tour 2024, og begyndte dagen før Tirreno-Adriatico.
Amerikanske Matteo Jorgenson fra Team Visma | Lease a Bike vandt løbet samlet, uden at vinde en etape. Den danske mester Mattias Skjelmose vandt 6. etape og blev nummer fire i det samlede klassement.
