Paris-Nice 2023 var den 81. udgave af det franske etapeløb Paris-Nice. Cykelløbets otte etaper blev kørt over 1.089 km fra 5. til 12. marts 2023 med start i La Verrière og mål i Nice. Løbet var sjette arrangement på UCI World Tour 2023, og begyndte dagen før Tirreno-Adriatico.
Den samlede vinder af løbet blev slovenske Tadej Pogačar fra UAE Team Emirates, foran franske David Gaudu (Groupama-FDJ) og danske Jonas Vingegaard (Team Jumbo-Visma). Danske Jonas Gregaard fra Uno-X Pro Cycling Team vandt løbets bjergkonkurrence.
