Paris-Nice 2021 var den 79. udgave af det franske etapeløb Paris-Nice. Cykelløbets otte etaper blev kørt over 1.173,8 km fra 7. til 14. marts 2021 med start i Saint-Cyr-l'École og mål i Levens i nærheden af Nice. Løbet var fjerde arrangement på UCI World Tour 2021. De sidste fem etaper blev kørt samtidig med det italienske etapeløb Tirreno-Adriatico.
For andet år i træk vandt tyske Maximilian Schachmann fra Bora-Hansgrohe løbet. De to Astana-Premier Tech-ryttere Aleksandr Vlasov og Jon Izagirre kom på anden- og tredjepladsen.
