Luxembourg Rundt 2020 var den 80. udgave af det luxembourgske landevejscykelløb. Løbet foregik i perioden 15. til 19. august 2020. Løbet var en del af UCI ProSeries 2020 og var i kategorien 2.Pro. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev italienske Diego Ulissi fra UAE Team Emirates.
