Leyton Orient Football Club er en engelsk fodboldklub som spiller i Football League One. Klubben blev stiftet i 1881, og blev valgt ind i The Football League i 1905. "The O's", som er kaldenavnet til Leyton Orient, spiller sine hjemmekampe på The Matchroom Stadium i Leyton. Byen Leyton ligger i den engelske region Greater London. Klubben sluttede i sæsonen 2016/17 på en 24. og dermed sidste plads i Football League Two.
